Boom Balloon refund policy

At Boom Balloon, we strive to provide exceptional service and products to our clients. Please review our refund policy carefully.

1. Refunds for Services Rendered

We do not offer refunds for services that have been rendered.

Once the service has been completed and/or the product has been delivered or installed, the transaction is considered final.

2. Deposit Credit

In some cases, if a service is canceled before completion, the deposit paid by the client may be credited towards a future order with Boom Balloon.

The credited deposit can be applied to a future service or product purchase within a year of making the deposit.

3. Cancellation Policy

If the client wishes to cancel a service, they must provide sufficient notice to Boom Balloon.

The cancellation policy and any associated fees or conditions will be outlined in the service agreement or contract signed by both parties.

4. Non-Transferable

Deposits credited towards future orders are non-transferable and can only be used by the original client who made the deposit.

5. Exceptions

Exceptions to this refund policy may be made at the sole discretion of Boom Balloon in extenuating circumstances, such as unforeseen emergencies or natural disasters.
