What Boom Balloon collects when you ask for a quote or book with us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your name, email and phone.
- Your event date, address and details, including an on-site contact if you give one.
- Your quote and your signed agreement, with your signature.
- Payment records. Card numbers go to our payment processor; we never see or store them. We see only the card type and last four digits.
- Basic technical details, like your IP address and browser, to stop spam and to record your signature.
How we use it
We use your details to quote, book and deliver your event, send your agreement, receipts and invoice, contact you about your event, and keep business records. After your event, we may ask you once for a review.
If you book with us, we may also email you news and offers a few times a year, as our terms say. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Services we share with
Only what each needs to do its job: a payment processor, an email delivery service, our web host, a spam check, and website analytics.
If you dispute a card payment, we may share your agreement and payment records with your bank or card company to answer it.
Our website analytics use cookies and may collect information about visits over time. We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

What we never do
- We never sell or rent your details, and never share them for anyone's advertising.
- We never see or store your card number. Card payments run on our payment processor's secure page.
- We never post a photo that shows your address or anyone's face.
- We never ask for more than we need to plan and deliver your event.
